WASHINGTON
YOUTH TOUR

The Washington Youth Tour, organized by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, brings over a thousand young people from across the United States to Washington, D.C. to learn more about community-owned electric utilities and the federal government. Additionally, students will tour historical sites and museums in the nation's capital. The Grand Canyon State Electric Cooperative Association (GCSECA) is the coordinator for the Arizona Washington Youth Tour group.
