Leonard Gold, is the General Manager of the Gila River Indian Community Utility Authority (GRICUA). Mr. Gold has over 48 years of utility and consultant experience in utility operations and maintenance, power supply, service agreements, scheduling and dispatching, metering, reserve requirements, energy banking, future power requirements and rate structures. Mr. Gold authored a handbook Establishing A Tribal Utility Authority in 2012. Mr. Gold is also the President of the Arizona Tribal Energy Association and the Southwest Public Power Agency. Mr. Gold holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering, Northeastern University and a M.S. Engineering Science, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Kathy Galloway is the Operations Director for the Gila River Indian Community Utility Authority (GRICUA). Ms. Galloway has over 30 years of technical experience in power and security system design, operations and maintenance. Ms. Galloway holds an A.S. in Engineering Technology from Eastern Idaho Technical College and has attended Idaho State University and Southern Utah University.
Arnold Mejia, is the Finance Director of the Gila River Indian Community Utility Authority (GRICUA).
Mr. Mejia is an Arizona native and attended the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management. He began his professional career with the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has over 28 years of progressive finance, accounting and management experience in the fields of utility services, construction, publishing, waste management and financial consulting. Mr. Mejia served in the Arizona Air National Guard for more than a decade. Mr. Mejia is passionate about serving the Community and is a board member of several Tempe, Arizona based organizations which serve the local community. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
