GRICUA's office building opened in 2015. GRICUA's office was the first to earn a LEED Gold certification in the Community and features dozens of artwork and pieces from local Community artists. The office building is 7,610 square feet. The building has a board room, eight offices, an open office area with sixteen cubicles, four restrooms, a supply room, a break room with a kitchen, an exercise room, and four customer service kiosks in the front lobby. The building features censored lighting, north-facing skylights, ten climate zones, high-efficiency dual flush toilets, automatic faucets, self-sustaining landscaping, and solar-covered parking.
