These Rules and Regulations define the terms and conditions of GRICUA's agreement with a customer to supply electric and related services. These Rules and Regulations have been approved by the Gila River Indian Community Utility Authority Board of Directors, and shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Gila River Indian Community.
